Using keys2america.com (the "Site") constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides educational content only regarding US real estate investing, with focus on Florida and Texas. Information does NOT constitute investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or an offer to purchase any investment product. Do not rely on the information for investment decisions.
3. Licensing status
keys2america is NOT a licensed financial institution in Israel. We do not hold a license for investment advisory, investment marketing, or portfolio management under the Israeli Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law, 5755-1995.
4. No public offering
Nothing on the Site constitutes a public offering under the Israeli Securities Law, 5728-1968. Any specific offer to investors will be made separately, to qualified investors only, within an appropriate legal framework.

Any past performance data is not a guarantee of future results. Real estate investments involve risk, including loss of principal.
6. User-generated content
When participating in the WhatsApp community or other channels, you agree:
- Not to post misleading, offensive, or unlawful content
- Not to use the community for third-party commercial promotion
- That we may remove content or members violating these terms

All content on the Site — text, images, graphics, analyses — belongs to keys2america or its licensors. You may cite with a link to the source. Republishing in full without permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
Use of the Site is at user's sole risk. keys2america and its owners are not liable for any direct or indirect damages from use of information on the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use after update constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
